Back with another edition of SPLURGE or STEAL: this time it's the battle of the gel eyeliners. Gel eyeliner rapidly gained popularity in the mainstream thanks to its impressive results in the cat-eye department, and its set-it-and-forget-it staying power. I've long used Bobbi Brown's Long Wear gel eyeliner but these two drugstore renditions have me swooning. And I'll never go back to the high-end stuff.
