Gift Guide: Stocking Stuffers

Carrière Frères Candle $47 | Dr. Hunter's Rose Hand Creme $14 | Table Topics cubes $25 | Feeling Smitten cupcake bath bombs $5.50/pc | Pink & grey clutch $37 | Zad Agate ring $13 | Deux Lux felix toiletry case $64 | Maybelline Baby Lips balms $3.49/tube

I'm super excited to kick off the month continuing my yearly tradition of gift guides. Whatever holiday you celebrate, there's always a place for small, inexpensive gifts for the people in your life. As a person on a tight budget, I try to keep gifts to friends & colleagues unique, but inexpensive. I'm a firm believer that thought & care that make the gift, not the price tag.

These trinkets (which I call stocking stuffers, but, again, can work for any type of gift-giving) are unique and pretty (and, admittedly, rather skewed toward the female sex) and in some cases, coveted the world over. Each has caught my eye for one reason or another.

I gravitate towards pink-and-grey combinations. I'm a total nut about potent, long-lasting scented candles (I love the Thymes brand--Douglas Fir smells just like a real Christmas tree--but the new Glade holiday candles are just as fantastic). I can't stop swiping my lips with the new (and, so coveted it's sold out many places) Baby Lips balms by Maybelline. I can't pass up a sparkly bag, especially one to put my cosmetics in when I travel (plus, I can't help but love that it comes in army green + gold -- perfect to match with my Glitterati blouse!).

Enjoy!
