It can be so refreshing to just get back down to basics: plain white oxford shirt, boot-cut jeans. Of course, I wouldn't be true to myself if I didn't scratch the itch to sparkle things up a bit. So I throw on my Pretty Shiny Sparkly necklace (the Spike the Punch bauble inspired by and named after yours truly), my bejeweled Steve Madden booties, and my new pink & gold clutch from H&M.

And I'm ready to take on the world!
